No experience is required. This program is suitable for both complete beginners and those who already practice yoga. All practices are adaptable to what feels good for your body and your baby.
How much time do I need each week?
Most practices are from approximately 5–35 minutes, designed to fit into real life. You can follow a suggested rhythm or move through the content at your own pace.
Is this only for unmedicated or “natural” births?
No. This program supports all birth preferences. The focus is on presence, confidence, and mental preparation — tools that are valuable regardless of how your birth unfolds.
Is this safe during pregnancy?
All practices are designed specifically for pregnancy and emphasize gentleness, awareness, and listening to your body. As always, you’re encouraged to move in ways that feel right for you and consult your care provider before starting any new movement practice and if you have specific concerns.
When should I start this program?
You can begin at any point in pregnancy. Starting earlier gives you more time to build familiarity, confidence, and trust in your body — but this program meets you wherever you are.

For expecting mothers who want deeper preparation — a guided experience that takes you from pregnancy through postpartum, so you're ready for both.

During my first pregnancy, I was navigating pregnancy and birth in the middle of COVID-19. During my second, I was pregnant while making an international move from Europe to the U.S. — two very different seasons, both filled with uncertainty.
What carried me through both was the same: intentional preparation.
I practiced yoga, breathwork, and meditation throughout pregnancy to stay calm, grounded, and strong. My first birth was just under eight hours. My second? Less than three. And while every birth is different, I can say with confidence — from both experience and research — that what you practice during pregnancy becomes available to you during birth.
This is muscle memory.
You wouldn’t train for a marathon by hoping it goes well on race day. Birth is no different. When you train your body, breath, and nervous system during pregnancy, they know what to do when it matters most.
That belief is the foundation of Pregnancy With Grace — and if you’re here because you want to feel prepared, confident, and supported, you’re exactly where you belong.
