I believe that birth is the beginning, postpartum lasts a lifetime and grace is how we meet it.
I have a M.A. in Physical Activity & Health, and I'm a certified yoga teacher specializing in prenatal/postnatal yoga, a certified doula, and a mother.
I created Mothering With Grace to provide the support I wish every mother had — not just for birth, but for postpartum and beyond.
I’ve helped hundreds of mothers move through pregnancy and postpartum feeling stronger, calmer, and more confident in their bodies.
"I’m so glad I signed up for this prenatal class! It made me feel prepared, confident, and supported going into this next stage of life. Kaitlyn explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions with patience and care, the prenatal yoga was such a gift. It helped me release tension, connect with my baby, and practice breathing techniques that make me feel calmer and more prepared for birth. Kaitlyn created such a welcoming and supportive environment—I left feeling more confident and at peace. I would highly recommend this class to any expecting mom!"

"Kaitlyn has a wealth of knowledge and is an incredible educator. I immediately felt at ease with her and as if I was talking to an old friend. Just in the few hours I spent with her, I learned so much and felt confident in my laboring and post natal planning. She’s also a wonderful prenatal yoga instructor who I will be seeing again throughout my pregnancy. I couldn’t recommend her services more!"
-Megan

"I attended a group class where our babies were able to come along. It was so impressive that Kaitlyn was able to create such a welcoming and calm environment while some of our littles fussed, needed a quick feed, or asked to be held. Kaitlyn provided clear guidance on each pose and showed us how to flow from one to the next. It was easier to keep up than I anticipated! I will definitely recommend to my friends and would take a class again!"
