The books. The podcasts. The Instagram reels. The opinions of people who love you but are not your body. All of it coming at you like a fire hose.
And while your head fills up, STRESS builds and FEAR quietly grows. And your body, the body that is going to birth your baby, has never actually been trained for what is coming.
You cannot think your way through labour. You cannot research your way to a calm nervous system. You cannot listen to enough podcasts to teach your pelvis how to open.
What prepares you for birth is PRACTICE, REPETITION, and CONSISTENCY, so that when labour arrives, your body already knows what to do. It taps into the muscle memory you've built across your entire pregnancy.

I'm a mother of two and I hold a Master's in Physical Activity and Health. I'm a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and a certified doula.
During my first pregnancy, I was navigating pregnancy and birth in the middle of COVID-19. During my second, I was pregnant while making an international move from Europe to the U.S. — two very different seasons, both filled with uncertainty.
What carried me through both was the same: intentional preparation.
I practiced yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation throughout pregnancy to feel strong, calm and ready for birth.
My first birth was just under eight hours. My second? Less than three. And while every birth is different and you cannot control what happens, I can say with confidence — from both experience and research — that what you practice during pregnancy becomes available to you during birth.
This is muscle memory.
You wouldn’t train for a marathon by hoping it goes well on race day. Birth is no different. When you train your body, breath, and nervous system during pregnancy, they know what to do when it matters most.
That belief is the foundation of Pregnancy With Grace — and if you’re here because you want to feel prepared, confident, and supported, you’re exactly where you belong.

Step 1 — Join today.
On-demand, lifetime access. Start the moment you enroll. No fixed schedule. No waiting for a cohort. Your pace, your time, wherever you are in the world.
Step 2 — Show up consistently.
Consistency > Intensity... because muscle memory isn't built in one hard session, it's built in showing up. Short, intentional practices that build muscle memory, breath capacity, and nervous system regulation.
Step 3 — Arrive at birth ready.
Not because you controlled every variable. Because you prepared your body, your breath, and your mind. You showed up for yourself. The rest, you trust.
Every discomfort pregnancy throws at you — the ache in your lower back, the pelvic girdle pain, the tension in your neck, the nausea that won't quit— has a flow built for it.
So instead of pushing through or sitting it out, you move through it, and keep training for birth without missing a beat.
Seven modules covering:
Trimester-specific movement.
Targeted relief flows for low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, nausea, upper back and neck tension, and hip openers.
Pelvic mobility and pelvic floor prep.
Nervous system regulation for prenatal stress and anxiety.
Everything in one place. Work through it at your own pace and return to it as often as you need throughout your entire pregnancy.

You are overwhelmed by conflicting advice — the Instagram reels, the podcasts, the books, the opinions of people who love you — and none of it is making you feel more ready.
You are pregnant and want to feel less afraid and more prepared — physically and mentally — for birth.
You are experiencing pregnancy discomfort and want to move in a way that helps, not harms. You're dealing with Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP), Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD), sciatica, or low back pain — and you want movement that works with those symptoms, not against them.
You want to learn how to open your pelvis, use your breath as a tool, and regulate your nervous system — so your body works with you in labour, not against you.
You understand that how you care for your body in pregnancy is the foundation of how you recover postpartum — and you want to build that foundation now.
You need something flexible — on-demand, from home, on your schedule. No commute, no childcare to arrange. Just you, your mat, and a practice that meets you where you are.
No. Every practice is fully guided and adaptable to your body. Whether you have never done yoga in your life or practice regularly, you will feel at home here. You do not need to be flexible, strong, or experienced — you just need to show up.
How much time do I need each week?
Most practices are 5–35 minutes. The principle that runs through everything in this program is consistency over intensity — showing up regularly matters far more than doing more. Even 10 minutes a day builds the muscle memory and nervous system regulation that will carry you through birth.
Can I do this from home?
Yes — entirely. No studio, no commute, no childcare to arrange. Everything is on-demand and accessible from your phone, tablet, or laptop. All you need is a mat and enough space to move. You can practice in your living room, your bedroom, wherever works for you.
When should I start?
Any point in pregnancy. The earlier you start, the more time you have to build the muscle memory, breath capacity, and nervous system regulation that will serve you in birth. That said, this program meets you wherever you are — whether you are 8 weeks or 38 weeks pregnant. It's never too early or too late to start training for birth and supporting your postpartum recovery.
Is this only for unmedicated or “natural” births?
No. This program supports all birth preferences. The movement, breathwork, and nervous system tools in this program are valuable regardless of how your birth unfolds — medicated, unmedicated, vaginal, or caesarean. You cannot control every variable of birth. What you can control is how prepared your body and mind are when it begins.
What if I have a medical condition or pregnancy complication?
Please consult your care provider before beginning any new movement practice during pregnancy. If you have been cleared to exercise, this program is designed with pregnancy safety at its centre. If you have specific concerns, reach out before purchasing and I will help you determine if this is the right fit for you.
I am already in my third trimester. Is it too late to start?
Absolutely not. Your body is changing week by week right up until birth. The breathwork, pelvic mobility, and nervous system practices in this program are especially powerful in the final weeks of pregnancy — exactly when you need them most. Starting now is always better than not starting.
How is this different from just following pregnancy yoga on YouTube?
YouTube gives you individual classes with no structure, no progression, and no birth-specific intention behind them. Pregnancy with Grace is a complete program — seven modules that build on each other, combining movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, meditations, birth visualizations, and pelvic awareness. It is designed specifically to prepare you for birth and postpartum recovery, not just to keep you moving.
Does this prepare me for postpartum too?
Yes. How you care for your body in pregnancy is the foundation of how you recover after. The pelvic awareness, core connection, and breathwork you build in this program directly supports your postpartum recovery. And when you are ready to go deeper postpartum, Postpartum with Grace picks up exactly where this program leaves off.
What equipment do I need?
Very little. A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and enough space to move. Some practices use a pillow, bolster or yoga blocks for support. No weights, no gym equipment.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime. Come back as often as you need throughout your entire pregnancy and beyond.
Feel strong, calm, and ready for birth.
Not by reading more.
But by training your body, your breath, and your nervous system — consistently and intentionally — before labor starts.
Birth is the beginning. Postpartum lasts a lifetime.
This program prepares you for both.
