This is not your average prenatal yoga class.
Yes, we move with intention and care. But this is also real preparation for one of the most physically and mentally demanding experiences of your life. Here you will find the balance between effort and ease — building real strength and resilience while staying deeply connected to your breath, your body, and your baby.
The most prepared women don't just hope for a good birth. They train for one.
All trimesters welcome. No experience needed.

Space is limited and spots fill quickly. The full six-week series is the best way to guarantee your place and get the most out of your practice.
Week after week, your body and mind adapt, strengthen, and prepare. Many women join in their first or second trimester and continue series after series right through to the end of their pregnancy.
Need to miss a session due to illness or travel? Every class is recorded and shared with registered participants so you never miss a beat.
Classes are on summer break June 14th through July 31st. The next series begins August 15th. Registration opens July 14th.

Strength and functional movement to build a body that is ready for birth and recovery
Pelvic floor awareness and mobility to learn to strengthen, release, and open the inlet, mid pelvis, and outlet so your body knows exactly what to do when the time comes
Breathwork and nervous system regulation so that when intensity peaks in labor you have real tools to move through it, not just hope
Connection to your body, your baby, and the women around you — each week we take time to check in, sharing our highs and lows, hopes and fears, and everything in between
This class was specifically designed to prepare both your body and mind for birth — and to find community along the way. You will not find anything else like it.
First trimester or thirty-eight weeks. Brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Full of questions or just full of feelings. All of it belongs here.
All mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets are provided. Bring your favourite mat if you have one, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle.
The women who feel most prepared for birth are the ones who show up consistently — in class and between classes.
Pregnancy with Grace is the online birth prep program designed to complement your in-person practice. On-demand prenatal yoga, breathwork, pelvic floor mobility, and nervous system regulation tools — available anywhere, any time. Many women in this series use it throughout the week to stay connected to their practice and arrive on the mat even more ready.
