Postnatal Yoga
Reclaim, Restore, and Reconnect After Birth
Our Postnatal Yoga sessions offer a gentle, healing space to restore your body, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported in early motherhood. These classes are designed to honor the postpartum body—focusing on core recovery, pelvic floor health, and relieving tension from feeding, holding, and caring for your baby.
We blend movement, breathwork, and emotional grounding practices to help you feel strong, centered, and nurtured. Whether you’re six weeks or 18 months postpartum, our yoga meets you where you are and honors your unique journey.
