Yes, we move with intention and care. But this is also real recovery — structured, progressive, and built around what your body actually needs after birth. Here you will find the balance between effort and ease — rebuilding real strength and resilience while staying deeply connected to your breath, your body, and your new self.
Your body did something extraordinary. Now it's time to reclaim it.
This class is geared towards women within the first twelve months postpartum, or anyone who wants to build the foundation of how to connect their breath, core, and pelvic floor.
Please wait at least 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8 weeks after a caesarean birth before beginning. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new physical activity postpartum. No prior yoga experience needed.

Space is limited and spots fill quickly. The full six week series is the best way to guarantee your place and get the most out of your recovery.
Recovery is not a one-time event — it is a process. Showing up consistently, week after week, is what allows your body to truly rebuild from the inside out. This series runs regularly so you can continue your practice and keep building on your progress long after the first six weeks.
Need to miss a session due to illness or travel? Every class is recorded and shared with registered participants so you never miss a beat.
Classes are on summer break June 14th through July 31st. The next series begins August 15th. Registration opens July 14th.
Each session is thoughtfully sequenced to meet you where you are — wherever you are in your recovery, whatever your body needs that day.
Breathwork and nervous system regulation Breath is where everything begins — the foundation we build every session on and the tool you will carry with you long after the series ends.
Pelvic floor awareness Learning to feel, strengthen, and release — and truly coming home to this part of your body again.
Core reconnection Gently and progressively rebuilding the deep core, with care for women healing from diastasis recti.
Strength, mobility and functional movement Building a body that feels strong and capable — on the mat and in real life.
Connection To yourself, your recovery, and the women around you — each week we check in, share, and hold each other through it.
This class was specifically designed to reconnect with your body after birth and to find community along the way. You will not find anything else like it.
Six weeks postpartum or ten months in. Never done yoga before or a seasoned practitioner. Exhausted, overwhelmed, or just ready to feel like yourself again. All of it belongs here.
All mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets are provided. Bring your favourite mat if you have one, comfortable clothes, and a water bottle. Come on your own or bring your baby — pre-walkers are welcome to join.
The women who rebuild most fully are the ones who show up consistently — in class and between classes.
