What We Focus On Together
We build strength, mobility, and body awareness for birth. We train your breath and nervous system so that when intensity peaks in labor, you have real tools — not just hope. We work on pelvic floor awareness and preparation. And we create space for you to feel genuinely held through your pregnancy.
We start where your body actually is — not where you think it should be. Safe, progressive core and pelvic floor reconnection, diastasis recti informed. Rebuilding strength and mobility from the inside out. Nervous system regulation for the exhaustion, the overwhelm, and the identity shift of new motherhood.
We build a practice entirely around what your body needs in this season. Strength, mobility, breathwork, nervous system regulation — all of it tailored to your goals, your history, and where you want to go.
My Method
Every woman who comes to me is at a different stage. But the foundation of how I work is always the same — intentional, evidence-informed, and built around the whole woman.
The foundation of everything. Not just stretching — a full physical and mental practice that builds strength, body awareness, and the ability to move through whatever life asks of you with grace. A practice built for longevity — for birth, for postpartum, and for every season of life that follows.
A body that moves well feels better, functions better, and recovers faster. Mobility work keeps your joints, hips, and pelvis healthy and functional — through pregnancy, postpartum, and every season beyond.
Real strength for real life. Whether you are growing a baby, recovering from birth, or carrying a toddler on your hip — a strong body is a supported body. We build it intentionally, at every stage.

How you breathe shapes how you feel, how you move, and how you cope under pressure. Specific breathwork techniques and guided relaxation train your nervous system to stay calm and regulated — so when intensity peaks, you have real tools to move through it.
How It Works
Fill out a short application so I can understand where you are, what you need, and what you are working toward. I read every application personally — this is how I make sure we are the right fit before we begin.
If your application is a good fit, I will invite you to a complimentary 30 minute connection call. We talk about where you are, what you are carrying, and what becomes possible over three months of working together. You leave knowing exactly what to expect and whether this is right for you.
We begin. Twelve weekly sessions of 60 minutes — in-person in DFW or online wherever you are. Each session builds on the last. Each week you show up and I show up fully for you. This is the structure, the accountability, and the container for real lasting change.
