Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve practiced for years, you’ll feel supported, calm, and confident in a welcoming community of mothers-to-be, ready to trust yourself and this powerful season of becoming a mother.

All trimesters are welcome. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. No prior yoga experience needed.

MAMA & ME YOGALATES CLASSES


The Original Mama & Me Yogalates in Dallas and North Texas.

Move your body. Rebuild your core. Bring your baby.

Mama & Me Yogalates is a mama-focused class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and support your body and mind — while your little one stays right by your side. No childcare. No babysitter. No guilt.

Each class blends yoga and Pilates-inspired movement with intentional core and pelvic floor work, playful interaction, and energizing music — all in a warm, welcoming space where moms connect and community grows.

We love littles. Bring your baby or child (0–5 years). They can nurse, snuggle, play nearby, or join in the movement. Come with or without your little one — this space is for you.
