
This Mama & Me Yogalates class is designed to support your body while creating meaningful space to move, bond, and connect — with your little one by your side.
Each class offers yoga- and Pilates-inspired movement, core and pelvic floor support, playful interaction, and space to settle into your body in a safe, welcoming environment.
We love littles! This is a mama-focused class that you can bring your baby and/or toddler along to join (0–5 years of age). Children can snuggle, nurse, play nearby, or join in on the class. Come with or without your little one; this space is for you.
This class is for mothers who want to rebuild strength, nurture connection, and care for themselves — without needing childcare or adding more stress to their week.
