DROP-IN Postnatal Mama & Me Yoga

A gentle yoga class, thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your body and and your breath to embrace this season of motherhood. Slow, mindful movements support your body’s natural recovery after birth—connecting with your breath, strengthening your core, improving posture, and releasing tension from your shoulders, hips, and back. Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve practiced for years, you’ll feel supported, calm, and confident—reminded that rest is productive and that your healing matters.

We love littles! This is a mama-focused class that you can bring your baby and/or toddler along to join (0-5 years of age). Children can snuggle, nurse, play nearby or join in on the yoga. Come with or without your little one; this space is for you.

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth or 8–12 weeks after a cesarean birth. And if you're years down the road postpartum, this space is also for you. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. No prior yoga experience needed—just a desire to slow down, tune in, and flow with grace.

The price includes you and up to two children (0-5 years of age).
