Prenatal Flow
A nourishing yoga class, thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Gentle yet energizing sequences help you lengthen and strengthen, building stability, relieving tension, and connecting deeply to your body, breath, and growing baby.
Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve practiced for years, you’ll feel supported, calm, and confident in a welcoming community of mothers-to-be, ready to trust yourself and this powerful season of becoming a mother.
All trimesters are welcome. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. No prior yoga experience needed—just a desire to slow down, tune in, and flow with grace.

Postnatal Restore
A gentle yoga class, thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your body and and your breath to embrace this new season of motherhood. Slow, mindful movements support your body’s natural recovery after birth—connecting with your breath, strengthening your core, improving posture, and releasing tension from your shoulders, hips, and back.
Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve practiced for years, you’ll feel supported, calm, and confident—reminded that rest is productive and that your healing matters.
This is a mama-focused class, and pre-walkers and older siblings are warmly welcome to join—snuggle, nurse, or play nearby on a cozy mat or blanket. Come with or without your little one; this space is for you.
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth or 8–12 weeks after a cesarean birth. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. No prior yoga experience needed—just a desire to slow down, tune in, and flow with grace.
Mama Flow
This is your time — no kids, no distractions, just you and a room full of women who get it.
Mama Flow yoga classes are designed for mothers in any season — whether your little one is still growing in your womb, still in diapers, already in school or out of the house. This all-levels vinyasa flow blends mindful movement and intentional breathwork to help you feel balanced, strong, and deeply reconnected to yourself.
Each class moves through dynamic sequences that build energy, flexibility, and confidence — while honoring your body’s unique rhythm and capacity. Expect gentle strength-building, grounding breathwork, and space to recharge in the company of other moms who understand the juggle of motherhood and the need for time to simply be.
