DROP-IN Prenatal Yoga

A nourishing yoga class, thoughtfully designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. Gentle yet energizing sequences help you lengthen and strengthen, building stability, relieving tension, and connecting deeply to your body, breath, and growing baby.

Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve practiced for years, you’ll feel supported, calm, and confident in a welcoming community of mothers-to-be, ready to trust yourself and this powerful season of becoming a mother.

All trimesters are welcome. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. No prior yoga experience needed—just a desire to slow down, tune in, and flow with grace.

Saturday Prenatal Yoga classes are from 9-10 AM in Prosper, Texas at Social House Chiropractic.

DROP-IN Postnatal Mama & Me Yoga

A gentle yoga class, thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with your body and and your breath to embrace this season of motherhood. Slow, mindful movements support your body’s natural recovery after birth—connecting with your breath, strengthening your core, improving posture, and releasing tension from your shoulders, hips, and back. Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve practiced for years, you’ll feel supported, calm, and confident—reminded that rest is productive and that your healing matters.

We love littles! This is a mama-focused class that you can bring your baby and/or toddler along to join (0-5 years of age). Children can snuggle, nurse, play nearby or join in on the yoga. Come with or without your little one; this space is for you.

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth or 8–12 weeks after a cesarean birth. And if you're years down the road postpartum, this space is also for you. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. No prior yoga experience needed—just a desire to slow down, tune in, and flow with grace.

The price includes you and up to two children (0-5 years of age).

The stretch of time between birth and your six-week OB-GYN visit is often overlooked, yet it’s one of the most tender, transformative seasons of your life. Recovery, rest, feeding, identity shifts, and the need for real support all come into focus—and having a postpartum plan makes all the difference.

Build Your Nest is a thoughtful, heart-centered course designed to help you prepare for life after birth with intention, clarity, and care. By the end of this course, we’ll co-create a postpartum plan that honors your need for healing, nourishment, emotional well-being, and connection—so you’re not just “getting through,” you’re being held through it all.     

While no plan can guarantee how your postpartum will unfold, having one ensures you’ve taken the time to reflect on your needs, name your priorities, and communicate them to your support system—greatly increasing your chances of receiving the help you need when it matters most.

This series is for mothers who want to slow down, rebuild strength with intention, and feel held during this tender season — without rushing, performing, or “bouncing back.”

We love littles. This is a mama-focused class where babies and toddlers are welcome (0–5 years). Your child can nurse, snuggle, play nearby, or join in — or you’re also welcome to come on your own. This space is for you.
