Wherever and however you choose to welcome your baby—at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital—I’ll be by your side. As your birth doula, I’m a dedicated part of your care team, offering emotional, physical, and informational support while working seamlessly alongside your midwife, OB-GYN, and anyone else you’ve invited into your birthing space.

My role is to help you feel grounded, confident, and supported through every phase of labor and delivery. From preparation to postpartum, I’m here to walk with you through this powerful rite of passage with presence and care.

• Two in-person prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, preferences, and comfort measures

• 24/7 on-call availability beginning 10 days before your estimated due date
