Hey Mama, this is all about you.
Supporting you through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood with yoga, education, and community rooted in grace.
Welcome to Mothering With Grace.
What if we prepared for postpartum — and life beyond birth — with the same intention and care we bring to birth itself, and lived in a culture that nurtured mothers as deeply as it does babies?
The health of your baby matters — and so does yours. I’ve been there too, and I know that when we nurture mothers with the same love and attention we give our babies and children, everyone thrives.
Mothering With Grace supports women and their families across Frisco and the Dallas–Fort Worth area — and online, wherever you are in the world.

When both baby and mom are doing well, we all do well.
Mothering with Grace is focused on maternal health and wellness from pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond into motherhood. This means getting the emotional and the physical support for your journey through motherhood but also equipping yourself with information and resources to make informed decisions that are best for your baby AND for you. This is mothering the mother. This is Mothering With Grace.
My doula and yoga experience jive and flow together to support a holistic maternal health approach.
In my role as a doula, I am a non-medical professional that guides women with emotional and physical support, as well as information and resources through pregnancy, birth and postpartum to empower them to have a positive experience. As a yoga practitioner, I specialize in prenatal and postnatal yoga to nurture your mind, body and spirit.
My Philosophy
Mothering With Grace is focused on empowering women to have a positive experience in pregnancy, birth, postpartum and motherhood. When a woman has agency, feels supported, can get what she needs (without being made to feel like a burden) and she is respected by the people accompanying her from pregnancy through to postpartum and beyond, she is much more likely to have a positive experience.
"Your mind and body will last longer than any expensive stroller, clothing, crib, toys or other fancy baby gadgets. If you invest in anything, let it be your mental and physical health. Your memories of pregnancy, birth and postpartum will last a lifetime, those other things will not.”
— Mothering With Grace
